If you use multiple computers (or even virtual machines on one computer), it's a pain to open a tab you want on a different computer. Tab Rocket is a Chrome extension that will easily move a tab between multiple computers with only a few clicks of the mouse. It's simple & not all that fancy, but it works and does the job it's meant to very well. As a note, you do need to enable bookmark sync in Chrome to make use of the extension.
